About the retreat
During this week we will use the precision of postures (asanas) to focus on different areas of our bodies. The practice of asana is not about doing the perfect posture. It’s about using postures to understand and transform ourselves.
The purpose of this workshop is to have the body and mind working together while doing a posture. To actually be in an asana and not trying to reach it.
To enjoy yoga no matter how flexible we are!
All levels are welcome. The retreat is limited to 15 participants.
The retreat starts in the evening of the first day, at 18:30 with the group welcome yoga session then dinner, and ends after a morning yoga session followed by breakfast at the last day around 10:00 AM. There are two daily yoga classes, one at 8:00 and another at 18:30, except on the day of the boat trip around the island. The morning classes are generally more dynamic, while the evening ones are more focused on restorative positions.
