  • It was perfect for me for a first class, not too easy but not too difficult too. I didn’t know this type of Yoga before and I really liked it. The teacher was very professional. I was wondering if I would be able to be concentrated because we are in a work environment with colleagues and I never did that before but actually I felt like time stopped during one hour.
