Empower your body and relax your mind through Yoga and Music

This workshop uses yoga and music as tools in order to develop well-being and boost team spirit.

In a world where we are always ‘connected’, running to the next meeting, completing an important task, replying to emails, answering calls, it is easy to miss out on what’s happening now and around us. There is less (or no) time to be with yourself and relieve accumulated stress and tension.

During this workshop we will learn to be in the moment, whether through a yoga session or by participating in a musical creation.  We will try to understand and experience how to connect with others using non-verbal communication.

In essence, we will learn to:

  • de-clutter the mind
  •  energise the body
  •  simply relax
